Pre-K / School Age

With improved coordination and thinking the world begins to open up for preschoolers. It is our goal to nourish every preschoolers’ learning one-step and a time, with individual attention suited to your child’s unique needs. We take a holistic approach, recognizing that children at this stage learn naturally by doing what they do best: exploring with minds and play, exercising their curiosity and imagination through stimulating activities, and developing social relationships within a secure environment. Our daily class schedule reinforces the fact that consistency and purposeful play is very important for growing children.

We believe there are countless benefits to intergenerational relationships. On a weekly basis, the preschoolers visit The Commons on Marice, a senior living community which is located one block away from our center. Also an Intergenerational Living & Health Care community, The Commons on Marice provides an opportunity for the generations to learn from each other and develop new, meaningful relationships. The “Grandmas” and “Grandpas,” as your child will refer to them, also come visit us in the classroom.

We have an open door policy! Parents and family are free to visit any time. You may also call to check on your child throughout the day.
